A passion for authentic Italian cuisine in the heart of Sydney
Founded in 2010 by Chef Marco Bianchi, Artisan Italian Restaurant brings the authentic flavors of Tuscany to Sydney. After training in Michelin-starred kitchens across Italy, Chef Marco returned to Australia with a dream: to create a dining experience that honors traditional Italian cooking while celebrating local Australian ingredients.
Every pasta is made by hand each morning. Our wood-fired oven was imported from Naples, fired with Australian hardwoods to create the perfect crust on our traditional pizzas. We source organic produce from local farms and import specialty ingredients directly from Italy to ensure authentic flavors.
Our intimate 60-seat dining room provides the perfect setting for romantic dinners, family celebrations, and business gatherings. The warm ambiance, combined with attentive service and exceptional cuisine, has made us a favorite among Sydney's food lovers.
